يختتم المنتخب الوطني لكرة السلة، يوم الأحد، منافسات دور المجموعات بمواجهة نظيره الإيراني، عند الرابعة فجرا بتوقيت الأردن، في ختام مباريات المجموعة الثانية.

وتأتي مواجهة إيران بعد فوز المنتخب الوطني على نظيره القطري، في المباراة التي جمعتهما ضمن منافسات المجموعة، ليعزز حظوظه في المنافسة على إحدى بطاقات التأهل إلى الدور المقبل.

ويضم الدور الأول المنتخب الوطني إلى جانب منتخبات إيران وقطر والصين تايبيه، فيما يتأهل صاحبا المركزين الأول والثاني من كل مجموعة مباشرة إلى الدور ربع النهائي، إلى جانب أفضل منتخبين يحتلان المركز الثالث في المجموعات الثلاث.

واستهل المنتخب مشواره بمواجهة الصين تايبيه، قبل أن يحقق الفوز على قطر، فيما يختتم مواجهاته في الدور الأول أمام إيران.
