شارك وزير الداخلية، مازن الفراية، في أعمال منتدى التعاون العالمي للأمن العام، المنعقد حاليًا بمدينة ليانيونغانغ في جمهورية الصين الشعبية.

ويبحث المنتدى قضايا اللجوء والهجرة ومكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود عبر التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة المخدرات.

وألقى الوزير الفراية كلمة رئيسية ركز خلالها على المشاركة الأردنية في قوات حفظ السلام وفي الشرطة الدولية ونشر المستشفيات الميدانية، كما استعرض دور الأردن في تدريب الشرطة بدول المنطقة والتعاون الإقليمي في مكافحة المخدرات.

وفي سياق متصل، أشار الفراية إلى البيئة الاستثمارية الجاذبة في المملكة نتيجة الاستقرار السياسي والأمني وموقعها الجغرافي المهم.
