أظهرت نتائج المتسوق الخفي لمراكز الخدمات الحكومية مستويات مرتفعة بجودة الخدمات المقدمة، لتُعد من بين أعلى النتائج المسجلة على مستوى الحكومة، وفقا لعمليات التقييم والمتابعة المستمرة التي تهدف إلى قياس مستوى الخدمة والارتقاء بتجربة المتعاملين.

وبحسب بيان لوزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة اليوم الثلاثاء، تأتي هذه النتائج في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتطوير الخدمات الحكومية، وتعزيز كفاءتها وجودتها، بما يلبي احتياجات المواطنين ويرفع مستوى رضاهم.
