أُطلِقَ حساب الناطق الرقمي الحكومي "فرح" على منصة إنستغرام، ليكون نافذة رقمية جديدة للتواصل مع الجمهور وتقديم المعلومات للمواطنين بأسلوب مبسط ومباشر.

و"فرح" شخصية افتراضية جرى تطويرها بالاعتماد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبدأت الظهور عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ضمن توجه لتوظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الاتصال مع المواطنين.

ويأتي إطلاق الحساب؛ بهدف الإجابة عن التساؤلات المتعلقة بالقضايا التي تهم الشارع، عبر محتوى رقمي موجه لمستخدمي منصات التواصل.

وتتحدث "فرح" بأسلوب مبسط؛ لتشكل إضافة نوعية إلى قنوات الاتصال التقليدية، في تجربة تستهدف مواكبة التحول الرقمي المتسارع وتغيّر طرق تلقي الجمهور للمعلومات والأخبار الرسمية.
