إحباط محاولة تهريب مخدرات كبيرة عبر بالونات في المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية

أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية، فجر الأربعاء، على واجهتها وضمن منطقة مسؤوليتها، محاولة لتهريب كمية كبيرة من المواد المخدرة، محملة بواسطة بالونات موجهة.

وتمكنت وحدات حرس الحدود من رصد البالونات والتعامل معها وإسقاطها داخل الأراضي الأردنية، وضبط حمولتها من المواد المخدرة، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية العسكرية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات.

وجرى تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة، لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

وتؤكد القوات المسلحة الأردنية – الجيش العربي استمرارها في التصدي بكل حزم لمحاولات التهريب والتسلل عبر الحدود، ومتابعة مختلف الأساليب والوسائل المستخدمة في تنفيذها، واتخاذ الإجراءات العملياتية اللازمة لإحباطها والتعامل معها.
