أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشمالية، الثلاثاء، محاولة تسلل شخص عبر إحدى واجهاتها الحدودية، بعد أن رصدته قوات حرس الحدود أثناء محاولته العبور بطريقة غير مشروعة.

وتعاملت قوات حرس الحدود مع محاولة التسلل وفق قواعد الاشتباك المعمول بها، وتمكنت من إلقاء القبض عليه ومنعه من اجتياز المنطقة الحدودية.

وجرى تحويل الشخص إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه، فيما تواصل قوات حرس الحدود تنفيذ واجباتها بكل يقظة وحزم، والتصدي لمختلف محاولات التسلل والتهريب ضمن منطقة مسؤوليتها.
