أدى أكثر من 70 ألف مصل فلسطيني صلاة ظهر اليوم الجمعة، في رحاب المسجد الأقصى المبارك/ الحرم القدسي الشريف، في مدينة القدس، رغم الإجراءات المشددة على الحواجز العسكرية وداخل المدينة.

وذكرت محافظة القدس في بيان، أن عشرات الآلاف من المصلين أدوا صلاة الجمعة في المسجد الأقصى.

وأفادت المحافظة، بأن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي فرضت تشديدات في الحواجز العسكرية على توافد المصلين إلى مدينة القدس، وأوقفت المصلين وحررت هوياتهم وفحصتها. وأشارت إلى أن القوات نصبت عشرات السواتر الحديدية في مداخل مدينة القدس وبوابات البلدة القديمة والمسجد الأقصى، ومنعت عدداً من الشبان من الوصول إليه.
