صدر في عدد الجريدة الرسمية رقم 6069 النظام المعدل لنظام مركز الأبحاث الزراعية الدوائية في القوات المسلحة الأردنية رقم 58 لسنة 2026 ويقرأ مع النظام رقم 43 لسنة 2022 والمشار إليه بالنظام الأصلي نظاماً واحداً ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

وتضمن النظام المعدل أن المركز يرتبط بالهيئة التي تتولى الإشراف على أعماله وأنشطته وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام ونظام هيئة استثمارات القوات المسلحة، وتتولى إدارة المركز لجنة تسمى لجنة إدارة المركز وتتألف من رئيس وأربعة أعضاء تسميهم الهيئة، وتختار اللجنة من بين أعضائها نائباً للرئيس يقوم مقامه.
