هيئة بحرية بريطانية: إخماد حريق على متن ناقلة نفط بمضيق هرمز

أفادت هيئة عمليات التجارة البحرية البريطانية، في وقت مبكر من صباح الخميس، بأن ناقلة أصيبت بمقذوف لم تتحدد طبيعته في مضيق هرمز، مما تسبب في اندلاع حريق تمت السيطرة عليه لاحقا.

وأضافت الهيئة في مذكرة أن جميع أفراد الطاقم بخير ولم يتم الإبلاغ عن أي أضرار بيئية.

وكان يمر من المضيق نحو خُمس الإمدادات العالمية من النفط والغاز قبل اندلاع حرب إيران في نهاية فبراير (شباط).
