حذرت شركة كهرباء إربد من التعامل مع أي إعلانات أو عروض أو خدمات تحمل اسم الشركة أو شعارها من مصادر غير رسمية، داعية المشتركين إلى التحقق من مصدر المعلومات والاعتماد حصراً على قنوات الشركة الرسمية والمعتمدة.

وأكدت الشركة، في بيان الأربعاء، حرصها على حماية مشتركيها وتعزيز الوعي لديهم، مشددة على ضرورة عدم فتح الروابط المجهولة أو غير الموثوقة، وعدم مشاركة البيانات الشخصية أو معلومات الدفع والبطاقات البنكية عبر روابط أو منصات غير رسمية.

ودعت المشتركين إلى التأكد من مصدر أي إعلان أو خدمة قبل التفاعل معها، والحصول على المعلومات والخدمات من خلال القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة للشركة، إلى جانب الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى يستخدم اسم الشركة أو شعارها دون اعتماد رسمي.
