"الأرصاد" تعزز شبكة الرصد بتشغيل محطة وادي صقرة المطرية

شغّلت إدارة الأرصاد الجوية الأردنية محطة مطرية جديدة في منطقة وادي صقرة بالعاصمة عمّان، بهدف رفع دقة رصد كميات الهطول المطري ومتابعة توزيع الأمطار داخل العاصمة.

وقال مدير الدائرة رائد آل خطاب، إن تشغيل المحطة يأتي ضمن خطة الأرصاد لتعزيز قدراتها الفنية وتوسيع شبكة الرصد الميداني، مؤكداً أن قوة منظومة الإنذار المبكر ترتكز على شبكة رصد دقيقة وواسعة الانتشار توفر البيانات في الوقت المناسب.

وأضاف آل خطاب، إن البيانات الواردة من محطات الرصد تشكل ركيزة أساسية لدعم التنبؤات والتحذيرات الجوية، وتعزيز قدرة الأرصاد على متابعة الحالات الجوية المؤثرة، بما يسهم في حماية الأرواح والممتلكات ودعم الجهات المعنية في اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
