الجامعة العربية ترحب بالقرار الأميركي بشأن رفع سوريا من قائمة الإرهاب

رحب الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية نبيل فهمي، بقرار الولايات المتحدة برفع سوريا بشكل نهائي من قائمة الدول الراعية للإرهاب، باعتباره خطوة مهمة على صعيد التعافي وإنهاء معاناة طال أمدها لعقود من الزمن.

وأكّد أهمية أن يشجع هذا القرار المجتمع الدولي على المساهمة الفعالة في دعم جهود الحكومة السورية لتسريع وتيرة التعافي وإعادة الإعمار، بما يحقق تطلعات الشعب السوري في استعادة الأمن والاستقرار والرفاهية.

وجدد الأمين العام للجامعة العربية، بهذه المناسبة، استعداد جامعة الدول العربية الكامل للقيام بالدور المنوط بها في دعم سوريا خلال المرحلة الحالية في مختلف المجالات السياسية والتنموية، ودعم جهود الدولة السورية في هذا الصدد.
