عقوبات مشددة لمرتكبي مخالفات "التشحيط" والقيادة المتهورة

حذرت مديرية الأمن العام من القيادة المتهورة والاستعراضية للمركبات والدراجات النارية، مؤكدة أن عقوبة مرتكب هذه المخالفة تصل إلى الحبس من شهر إلى شهرين.

وأضافت أن العقوبة قد تشمل غرامة مالية تتراوح بين 200 و300 دينار، وحجز المركبة لمدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا.

وبيّنت أن الغرامة المالية تُضاعف في حال تكرار المخالفة خلال سنة من تاريخ ارتكابها.
