نقلت صحيفة نيويورك تايمز عن وثيقة داخلية لوزارة الخارجية الأميركية أن الوزارة تستعد لإعادة دبلوماسيين إلى سفارات بالشرق الأوسط بعد إجلائهم قبل حرب إيران وخلالها.

وأشار التقرير إلى أن عودة موظفي السلك الدبلوماسي وتقليص الإجراءات الطارئة في البعثات الأميركية بالمنطقة ربما تبدأ هذا الأسبوع.
