أطلقت بلدية السلط الكبرى رقما هاتفيا مخصصا عبر تطبيق "واتس أب" لتلقي ملاحظات وشكاوى المواطنين على الرقم `0778044481`.

وقالت البلدية إن إطلاق الخدمة يهدف إلى تسريع وصول الملاحظات والشكاوى المتعلقة بالنظافة والبنية التحتية والإنارة وصيانة الشوارع وتحويلها مباشرة إلى الأقسام المعنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.

ودعت البلدية المواطنين إلى إرسال ملاحظاتهم واقتراحاتهم عبر الرقم المخصص مع إرفاق الصور والموقع الجغرافي بما يسهم في سرعة الاستجابة ومعالجة الملاحظات.

وأكدت أن فرقها الفنية ستقوم بمتابعة الشكاوى الواردة والرد عليها أولا بأول ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة في مدينة السلط ومناطقها.
