أعلنت السلطات الحكومية الروسية اليوم الثلاثاء، عن فرض قيود على بيع واستهلاك الوقود في 10 أقاليم جنوبية في البلاد مجددا، بعد أن تم تخفيفها في تموز الماضي، جراء تصاعد أزمة نقص الديزل والبنزين في الأسواق المحلية.

وقالت الحكومة الروسية في بيان، إنها فرضت قيودا في أقاليم جنوبية من البلاد جراء أزمة نقص الوقود الناتجة عن تعطل عدد من مصافي النفط، مبينة أن وضع الإمدادات إلى محطات الوقود ما يزال صعباً في عدد من المناطق.
