التنمية الاجتماعية : ملف اعتداء أحد المنتفعين على آخر في عهدة القضاء حالياً

قالت وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، في بيان صحفي اليوم الثلاثاء، أنها تابعت وبالتعاون مع إدارة حماية الأسرة في مديرية الأمن العام، حادثة الاعتداء والايذاء، التي تعرّض لها أحد منتفعي دور الرعاية من منتفع آخر، في إحدى دور الرعاية والحماية.

وأضافت الوزارة أنه تم تبعاً لذلك إجراء التحقيق الإداري بصورة عاجلة وفورية بخصوص الحادثة، والذي أوصى بتحويل ملف الحادثة إلى الجهات القضائية وهو بعهدتها حالياً، لاستكمال كافة الإجراءات القانونية ذات العلاقة، بالاضافة إلى متابعة كافة الإجراءات الإدارية اللازمة.
