أقر مجلس النواب المادة (17) من مشروع قانون الإدارة المحلية لسنة 2026، والتي تنص على تسجيل أموال البلدية غير المنقولة باسم البلدية، وعدم بيع هذه الأموال أو تخصيصها أو وهبها أو رهنها أو تأجيرها، إلا بقرار من المجلس البلدي، بناءً على تنسيب لجنة الاستثمار في البلدية.
