ل مصدر مطلع لرويترز إن أوكرانيا أرسلت إلى روسيا عرضا بوقف الهجمات على الأهداف المدنية في البحر الأسود، وذلك بعد أن أثارت الهجمات المتزايدة على ‌السفن والموانئ مخاوف بشأن إمدادات الغذاء العالمية.

وأضاف المصدر أن كييف نقلت العرض عبر طرف ثالث، وإنها ما زالت تنتظر الرد.

وتبادلت روسيا وأوكرانيا، وهما لاعبان رئيسيان في سوق المنتجات الزراعية العالمية، الاتهامات بتصعيد الهجمات على السفن المستخدمة في التصدير.
