روسيا تتيح رسميا التداول العام للعملات الرقمية

أعلن البنك المركزي الروسي، اليوم الأربعاء، السماح بالتداول المنظم للعملات الرقمية عبر منصات التداول الروسية رسميا، في خطوة تمهد لإطلاق سوق قانونية للأصول الرقمية، مع بدء تطبيق الإطار التشريعي الجديد.

وقال البنك المركزي الروسي، في بيان، إن المستثمرين سيتمكنون من شراء وبيع العملات الرقمية عبر وسطاء مرخصين ومنصات تداول منظمة، فيما لا يزال استخدامها في المدفوعات داخل روسيا محظوراً، مع السماح باستخدامها في تسويات التجارة الخارجية وفق ضوابط محددة.
