خسر فريق الحسين لكرة القدم أمام مضيفه باختاكور الأوزبكي بنتيجة 3-0، الثلاثاء، في مباراة الملحق المؤهل إلى دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة للموسم 2026-2027.

وبهذه الخسارة، فقد الحسين فرصة التأهل إلى دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، بعدما كان يسعى لأن يصبح أول فريق أردني يبلغ البطولة بنظامها الجديد.

وكان الحسين قد أنهى تحضيراته للمباراة، التي أقيمت في أوزبكستان، بعد معسكر تدريبي بدأ في الثاني من آب الحالي، بهدف التأقلم مع الأجواء والاستعداد للمواجهة.

ويقود الفريق المدرب الوطني أحمد هايل، حيث كان الحسين يطمح إلى تحقيق الفوز على باختاكور والانتقال إلى منافسات دوري النخبة الآسيوي.
