أكّد الرئيس اللبناني، جوزاف عون، الثلاثاء، عمق العلاقات الأردنية اللبنانية وتجذّرها.

وثمّن عون، خلال استقباله وفدا نيابيا برئاسة رئيس لجنة العلاقات الخارجية في مجلس النواب، هيثم زيادين، الدعم الذي يقدّمه جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني للبنان.

ونقل زيادين إلى عون دعوة لحضور احتفال تدشين كنيسة معمودية السيد المسيح للموارنة في المغطس عند نهر الأردن، بمناسبة عيد مار مارون عام 2028.
