ضبطت كوادر وزارة المياه والري/سلطة المياه اعتداءات على خطوط مياه رئيسية في لواء الرمثا، تمثلت بسحب خطين بقطر إنش واحد لتعبئة صهاريج مياه وبيعها للمواطنين بصورة مخالفة.

وقالت الوزارة في بيان، إن كوادر وحدة الرقابة الداخلية وسلطة المياه، بالتعاون مع شركة مياه اليرموك ومديرية الأمن العام - شرطة الرمثا والإدارة الملكية لحماية البيئة، ضبطت الاعتداءات في منطقتي عمراوة والشجرة.

وأضافت أن الخطوط المخالفة كانت مسحوبة إلى منازل بهدف تعبئة صهاريج مياه، حيث جرى إزالة الاعتداءات وتنظيم الضبوطات اللازمة لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية بحق المخالفين.

ودعت الوزارة المواطنين إلى الإبلاغ عن أي اعتداءات على شبكات المياه، حفاظا على حقوق المواطنين والموارد المائية.
