دانت جمهورية مصر العربية بأشد العبارات، الاعتداءات التي استهدفت المملكة، التي تمثل انتهاكا لسيادتها وتصعيدا خطيرا يهدد أمنها واستقرارها ويزيد من حدة التوتر في المنطقة.

وأكدت مصر في بيان صادر عن وزارة خارجيتها، تضامنها الكامل مع الأردن، ودعمها التام لجميع الإجراءات التي تتخذها للحفاظ على أمنها واستقرارها وحماية سيادتها وسلامة أراضيها، مجددة رفضها القاطع لأي اعتداءات تمس سيادة الدول أو تهدد أمنها، داعية إلى الوقف الفوري لكافة الأعمال التصعيدية بما يسهم في الحفاظ على الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي.
