أدرجت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (يونسكو) قرية سيدي بوسعيد السياحية في تونس رسميا على لائحة التراث العالمي.

وجاء قرار إدراج القرية، الواقعة في أعلى منحدر مطل على البحر المتوسط، السبت، ضمن أشغال لجنة التراث العالمي للمنظمة في دورتها 48 بمدينة بوسان بكوريا الجنوبية، التي تستمر حتى يوم 29 من الشهر الجاري.

وأصدرت اللجنة قرارها بعد دراسة ملف الترشيح التونسي بعنوان "قرية سيدي بوسعيد: مركز الإلهام الثقافي والروحي في البحر المتوسط".

وتعد قرية سيدي بوسعيد التي شيدت في محيط قبر ولي صالح صوفي عاش في القرنين الثاني عشر والثالث عشر، أحد أشهر الوجهات السياحية وحوض المتوسط.
