أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية، فجر الخميس، محاولة تسلل أربعة اشخاص على إحدى واجهاتها الحدودية، أثناء محاولتهم اجتياز الحدود بطريقة غير مشروعة.

وجرى رصد المتسللين من قِبل قوات حرس الحدود، حيث تم تطبيق قواعد الاشتباك وإلقاء القبض عليهم، وتحويلهم إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم.

وأكدت القوات المسلحة الأردنية – الجيش العربي، أنها مستمرة في التعامل بكل حزم وقوة مع مختلف أشكال التسلل والتهريب، حفاظًا على أمن المملكة واستقرارها، وحماية حدودها من أي تهديد.
