شدد الرئيس اللبناني جوزاف عون على الحاجة إلى انسحاب إسرائيل من الأراضي اللبنانية، وذلك خلال اجتماعه الثلاثاء بنظيره الأميركي دونالد ترامب، وفق ما أفاد بيان للرئاسة اللبنانية.

وقال البيان إن عون "شدد على الحاجة الملحة إلى الانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل من الأراضي اللبنانية، مؤكدا أن ذلك يشكل خطوة أساسية لترسيخ الاستقرار وتمكين الدولة اللبنانية من بسط سيادتها الكاملة بقواها الذاتية حصرا والمضي قدما في تنفيذ اطار العمل الثلاثي المشترك"، في إشارة إلى اتفاق الإطار بين لبنان وإسرائيل برعاية أميركية.
