أكّد نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين أيمن الصفدي ورئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية في دولة قطر الشقيقة الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثاني اليوم ضرورةَ تكاتف الجهود لإنهاء التصعيد الخطير الذي تشهده المنطقة، واعتماد الحوار سبيلًا لحل الأزمة.

وأكّد الصفدي والشيخ محمد خلال اتصالٍ هاتفيٍّ اليوم الأحد ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار، والعودة إلى المفاوضات للتوصل إلى حل شامل يعالج كل أسباب التوتر ويضمن حرية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز.

وأكّد الصفدي والشيخ محمد التضامن الكامل في مواجهة الاعتداءات الإيرانية، وحذّرا من تبعات استمرارها.
