صادق المجلس الوزاري السياسي الأمني المصغر في حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي "الكابينت"، على إقامة مستوطنة جديدة قرب مستوطنة "صانور" جنوب جنين، وفق ما أفادت به وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية الأربعاء، وفق وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية "وفا".

ويأتي القرار، الذي تقدم به وزير المالية في حكومة الاحتلال المتطرف بتسلئيل سموتريتش، ووزير الدفاع يسرائيل كاتس، ليرفع عدد المستوطنات التي جرت المصادقة عليها إلى 103 مستوطنات، بعد إقرار بناء 34 مستوطنة جديدة في آذار الماضي، موزعة على مختلف مناطق الضفة الغربية، والأغوار.

وكان سموتريتش أعلن في وقت سابق تخصيص 1.3 مليار شيقل (434 مليون دولار) لهذا ااـمشروع الاستيطاني، واصفا قرار المصادقة بأنه "التاريخي"، مدعيا أن الخطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز السيطرة الإسرائيلية على الضفة الغربية.
