تسلمت الأمانة العامة لمجلس النواب القرار القضائي القطعي القاضي بحبس النائب حسن الرياطي لمدة سنتين.

وبحسب الإجراءات القانونية أحالت الأمانة العامة القرار إلى الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب لاتخاذ المقتضى القانوني، والسير بإجراءات شغور المقعد النيابي وتحديد المرشح الذي سيشغل المقعد وفقًا لأحكام قانون الانتخاب.
