بعث رئيس مجلس النواب مازن القاضي، برقية تعزية إلى رئيس مجلس الشورى القطري حسن بن عبد الله الغانم، أعرب فيها، باسمه وباسم أعضاء مجلس النواب عن خالص مشاعر التعزية والمواساة بوفاة المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى، سمو الأمير الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني.

واستذكر القاضي ما قدمه الفقيد من إسهامات قومية وإنسانية بارزة ودوره في خدمة دولة قطر الشقيقة، إلى جانب جهوده في دعم القضايا العربية والإسلامية.

وقال القاضي، نسأل المولى عز وجل أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته ومغفرته وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته وأن يجزيه خير الجزاء على ما قدمه من عطاء.
