البحرين: اعتراض وتدمير اعتداءات جوية إيرانية

أعلنت قوات الدفاع البحرينية أن منظومات الدفاع الجوي تصدت واعترضت ودمرت عددا من الاعتداءات الجوية الإيرانية، صباح الخميس.

وقالت القيادة العامة البحرينية في بيان: "بإرادة صلبة وجاهزية قتالية عالية، تصدت منظومات الدفاع الجوي بقوة دفاع البحرين، واعترضت ودمرت عددا من الاعتداءات الجوية الإيرانية، صباح الخميس".

وأكدت القيادة العامة البحرينية أن كافة أسلحتها ووحداتها في أعلى درجات الجاهزية، وعلى أهبة الاستعداد الدفاعي لحماية المملكة.

وشددت على أن تعمد استخدام الصواريخ والطائرات المسيرة في استهداف المدنيين والممتلكات الخاصة يعد انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي الإنساني.

وذكرت وسائل إعلام رسمية إيرانية، نقلا عن الجيش الإيراني أنه استهدف أنظمة باتريوت أميركية في الكويت، ومعدات أقمار اصطناعية في قطر، إضافة إلى مستودعات وقود تابعة للجيش الأميركي في البحرين، باستخدام طائرات مسيرة.
