يتقدم الأهل والأصدقاء بأصدق مشاعر التهنئة والتبريك إلى الدكتور مراد خالد الشقران، بمناسبة إتمامه متطلبات التخرج وحصوله على درجة البكالوريوس في الطب العام من Kabardino-Balkarian State University بمدينة نالتشيك في روسيا.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ثمرةً لسنواتٍ من الجد والاجتهاد والمثابرة، ليبدأ الدكتور الشقران مسيرته المهنية حاملًا رسالة الطب السامية، ومؤمنًا بأن خدمة الإنسان هي أسمى الغايات.
