ارتفعت حصيلة قتلى الزلزالين اللذين ضربا فنزويلا في 24 حزيران إلى 1943 قتيلا، بحسب ما أعلن رئيس الجمعية الوطنية خورخي رودريغيز.

وقال رودريغيز "أحصينا حتّى الساعة 1943 قتيلا"، مع الإشارة إلى أكثر من 10500 جريح و15 ألف منكوب. وتمّ إنقاذ 6461 شخصا منذ انطلاق عمليات الإغاثة.
