دعا الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الكونغرس، الذي يسيطر عليه الجمهوريون، الثلاثاء إلى التحرّك ضدّ قرار المحكمة العليا الذي رفض مسعاه لتقييد حق المواطنة بالولادة، والذي يعتبر أحد أبرز خططه المناهضة للهجرة.

وكتب ترامب على منصته تروث سوشال "أيّدت المحكمة العليا حق المواطنة بالولادة، وهذا أمر مؤسف لبلادنا، لكن يمكننا بسهولة تعويض ذلك في الكونغرس من خلال تشريع".
