رفضت المحكمة العليا الأميركية الثلاثاء مسعى الرئيس دونالد ترامب للحد من حق المواطنة المكتسب بالولادة في الولايات المتحدة.

وفي قرار طال انتظاره صدر في اليوم الأخير من دورتها القضائية، قضت المحكمة بغالبية ستة أصوات في مقابل ثلاثة، بالإبقاء على حق الحصول على الجنسية الأميركية تقريبا لجميع المولودين على الأراضي الأميركية.
