دمّر الجيش الإسرائيلي نفقا لحزب الله بطول 200 متر في جنوب لبنان، وفق ما أعلن الأحد رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتانياهو ووزير دفاعه يسرائيل كاتس.

وجاء في بيان مشترك لنتانياهو وكاتس أن "النفق البالغ طوله أكثر من 200 متر وعمقه أكثر من 25 مترا، احتوى على مئات الأسلحة وعدد من فتحات الإطلاق المخصّصة لاستهداف دولة إسرائيل ومدنيّيها". وأضاف البيان "لقد أبلغت إسرائيل الولايات المتحدة والممثل الأميركي في لبنان مسبقا بعملية تدمير البنية التحتية".
