قالت مساعدة رئيس مجلس النواب هالة الجراح ،الأحد، إن الدورة الاستثنائية لمجلس النواب غير محددة بمدة زمنية لكن يجب أن تنتهي قبل بداية الدورة العادية.

وأضافت، أن الدورة الاستثنائية ستناقش 6 مشاريع مهمة على أن يُنجز العمل عليها قبل بداية الدورة العادية، مشيرة إلى أن مشروع القانون الأهم حاليا هو قانون الإدارة المحلية.

وأوضحت أن اللجنة الإدارية عقدت عدة جلسات حوارية واجتماعات مع جميع المختصين بشأن مشروع قانون الإدارة المحلية وذلك لتجويد مسودة مشروع القانون.

ولفتت الجراح إلى أن الدور الرقابي لمجلس النواب مستمر طوال الوقت خلال الفترة التي سبقت انعقاد الدورة الاستثنائية من خلال عمل اللجان النيابية.
