أكد بيان مشترك للولايات المتحدة ودول الخليج أنه لن يُجبر أحد على مغادرة غزة وأن من يرغب في المغادرة سيكون حرا في العودة.

وشدد البيان على أهمية الحفاظ على عملية التفاوض في لبنان، وأن المفاوضات غير مشروطة بنتائج النزاعات الأخرى، داعيا إلى نزع السلاح الكامل للجماعات غير الحكومية في لبنان.
