أكد رئيس قسم المصانع والمعامل الغذائية في المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء المهندس محمود الصمادي، أن المؤسسة تعتمد منهجية عمل قائمة على الرصد المبكر للمخاطر المحتملة في المنتجات الغذائية، سواء المصنعة محلياً أو المستوردة.

وقال خلال مداخلة إذاعية، إنه خلال العام الحالي تم اتباع منهجية الرصد المبكر لأكثر من منتج، من بينها الزيوت، ومنتجات الجميد، والألبان والأجبان المصنعة محلياً، إضافة إلى الأجبان المستوردة.

وبيّن أن هذه الإجراءات تستند إلى منهجية تقييم المخاطر واحتمالية وجودها، وذلك ضمن عمليات الفحص المعيارية للمواد الغذائية، بهدف ضمان سلامة المنتجات المتداولة في الأسواق وحماية صحة المستهلك.
