تلقى المنتخب السعودي خسارة كبيرة أمام إسبانيا 0-4 التي اقتربت من بلوغ دور الـ32 من نهائيات كأس العالم 2026 لكرة القدم، بعد مواجهتهما الأحد في أتلانتا ضمن الجولة الثانية من الدور الأول.

وتجمد رصيد السعودية عند نقطة واحدة مقابل أربع لإسبانيا في صدارة المجموعة الثامنة، قبل لقاء الأوروغواي والرأس الأخضر في ميامي.
