تأهل لاعبا المنتخب الوطني للملاكمة، زياد عشيش وحذيفة عشيش، الجمعة، إلى الدور نصف النهائي من بطولة كأس العالم للملاكمة 2026 المقامة في مدينة غوييانغ الصينية.

وجاء تأهل زياد عشيش بعد فوزه على منافسه الإنجليزي باتريك هيويت ضمن منافسات وزن 70 كغم، فيما بلغ حذيفة عشيش الدور نصف النهائي إثر تفوقه على منافسه لاعب منتخب منغوليا باتتولغا ضمن منافسات وزن 50 كغم.

من جانبه ودع حسين عشيش منافسات وزن 80 كغم بخسارته في الدور ربع النهائي أمام الأوزبكي جافوكخير.
