وصل المنتخب الوطني للكراتيه إلى جزيرة بالي الإندونيسية، استعداداً للمشاركة في بطولة آسيا للكبار، والتي تشكل محطة مهمة على طريق الاستحقاقات العالمية المقبلة.

ويترأس حسن مسعود رئيس الاتحاد الوفد الذي يضم الإداري ومدير المنتخبات فراس حسونة والمدير الفني محمد فتيان والمدرب حسين روحاني والمعالجة هلا المحارمة، إلى جانب المعالج معاذ المدني والمعد البدني أحمد بلال.

ويشارك ضمن صفوف المنتخب اللاعبون: عبدالرحمن المصاطفة ومحمد الجعفري وعبدالله حماد وعفيف غيث وسعيد النجار وعبدالرحمن حيمور وليد قطامش، إضافة إلى اللاعبات جود الضروس ويارا ناصر ونور ناصر.

وتشهد البطولة مشاركة المنتخب الوطني في منافسات القتال الفردي والجماعي، حيث تكتسب منافسات الفرق الجماعية أهمية خاصة، كونها تمثل محطة تأهيلية إلى بطولة العالم للفرق الجماعية، المقررة في شهر تشرين الثاني المقبل بمدينة هانغتشو الصينية.
