“الاتصالات” تدعو لعدم الانسياق وراء الوعود الشفوية لمندوبي مبيعات الاتصالات

دعت هيئة تنظيم قطاع الاتصالات المواطنين إلى عدم الانسياق وراء الوعود الشفوية لمندوبي مبيعات الاتصالات.

وطالبت في منشرو لها اليوم الأحد، المواطنين ضرورة التحقق من البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالاشتراك في العقد متضمنة العنوان والاسم ورقم الاشتراك وتفاصيل العرض المتعاقد عليه وذلك قبل توقيع العقد، مع ضرورة الحصول والاحتفاظ بنسخة من عقد الاشتراك الموقع عند الاشتراك بأي من الخدمات المقدمة من قبل شركات الاتصالات.
