اعلن الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون الأربعاء أن قادة كل من مصر والسعودية وقطر والإمارات العربية المتحدة سيشاركون الثلاثاء في إحدى جلسات قمة مجموعة السبع المقررة في إيفيان لبحث الحرب في الشرق الاوسط.

وقال الرئيس الفرنسي خلال لقائه ممثلين للمجتمع المدني في الإليزيه إن النقاش سيتناول إغلاق مضيق هرمز والذي "له تأثير فعلي على اقتصاداتنا" بسبب الارتفاع الكبير في أسعار المحروقات، و"المفاوضات حول إيران"، مشددا على "الأهمية الكبيرة" لمحاولة "إيجاد سبل للتعاون".
