أكد وزير العمل خالد البكار أن الوزارة تسعى إلى رفع نسبة مساهمة الإناث في العملية الإنتاجية إلى 30 بالمئة خلال السنوات المقبلة.

وأضاف البكار، إن هذا التوجه يأتي في أعقاب البيانات التي أظهرت أن النسبة الحالية تبلغ 15 بالمئة، لافتاً إلى أن الوزارة ستعمد مستقبلاً إلى رفع هذه النسبة، بما يعزز قدرة المرأة على العمل والإنجاز، وتعزيز دورها في التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة.

وأوضح أن الوزارة تعمل، وبالتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة على فتح فروع إنتاجية في المحافظات والأرياف، مشيرا الى أنه سيتم فتح فرعين إنتاجيين في بلديتي حوشا ورحاب بمحافظة المفرق.
