أدانت وزارة الخارجية العراقية، اليوم الجمعة، استهداف دولة الكويت بالصواريخ والطائرات المسيّرة، مؤكدةً رفضها لجميع الأعمال التي من شأنها تهديد أمن واستقرار دول المنطقة.

ودعت الخارجية العراقية إلى ضبط النفس وتجنب التصعيد، بما يسهم في خفض حدة التوتر وتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي، مؤكدةً ضرورة اعتماد الحوار والوسائل الدبلوماسية لمعالجة الأزمات.

وأكد البيان دعم جمهورية العراق وجميع الجهود والمساعي الإقليمية والدولية الرامية إلى منع اتساع دائرة العنف، والعمل على التوصل إلى حلول سلمية تحفظ أمن واستقرار المنطقة.
