أعلنت الحكومة الروسية، اليوم الأربعاء، عن أنها تتجه لفرض قيود جديدة على صادرات الوقود ومنها البنزين والديزل ووقود الطائرات إلى الأسواق الدولية.

وقالت الحكومة الروسية في بيان صحفي: "يأتي هذا التوجه الإستراتيجي في وقت تواجه فيه المصافي النفطية الروسية تراجعًا ملحوظًا في معدلات التشغيل اليومية، ولدعم استقرار السوق المحلية"، مضيفة أنها وجّهت الشركات النفطية الكبرى بتقليص حجم مبيعات المنتجات النفطية والمنتجات المرتبطة بها الموجهة للأسواق الدولية.
