قرَّر مجلس الوزراء في جلسته التي عقدها الأحد، برئاسة رئيس الوزراء جعفر حسَّان، الموافقة على اتفاقيَّة لتحويل قيمة القرض المقدَّم من بنك الإعمار الألماني البالغة قيمته 22.7 مليون دينار، كبدل أعمال قامت بها سلطة المياه لاستكمال البنية التحتية والإنشائيَّة لمشروع النَّاقل الوطني للمياه.

وبالتالي تُعتبر قيمة القرض قد سُدِّدت بالكامل بعد موافقة الجهة الدائنة (بناك الإعمار الألماني) على اعتبار قيمة القرض جزءاً من تمويل الأعمال الإنشائيَّة للبنية التحتيَّة التي قامت بها سُلطة المياه وبنفس قيمة القرض.
