أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية، اليوم الأربعاء، محاولة تهريب كمية كبيرة من المواد المخدرة بواسطة ثلاث طائرات مسيّرة على واجهتها الغربية، بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية العسكرية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات، اذ تم رصد الطائرات المسيّرة من قبل قوات حرس الحدود، وتطبيق قواعد الاشتباك معها وإسقاطها داخل الأراضي الأردنية، فيما جرى تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة.
